Join me for the September Make & Meditate workshop! September's theme is "Balance." We will meditate on how we can bring more balance to our lives, then move on to our painting session.
The painting session will be a little different this month, as we will be painting mandalas! Mandalas are visually-balanced, geometric figures that represent the Universe in Hindu and Buddhist symbolism. Creating and viewing them can offer a sense of balance, completeness, and self-unity.
